:: Round I - Online Written Test: This is the first round of the E-Recruitment process. This round tests the quality of your English. Questions are designed to check your skills in Grammar, Vocabulary, Spelling, analogy and comprehension. Result of this test will be given immediately. You need to get a minimum of 50% marks in this round to get eligibility to the next Round.

:: ROUND II - Online Voice Test: The next round is an online voice test. Test tools are designed to test the candidate’s speaking skills, Listening skills, Listening comprehension, voice clarity, Intonation etc. Performance of all candidates will be evaluated by voice & accent experts.

:: Round III - Telephonic Interview: by a Voice and Accent expert from the Call Center industry. Here you will be called at your residence telephone or mobile phone by the interviewer. This round of the interview will assess your employability in Call Centers. Those who are successful in this round will be eligible for the final round.

:: Round IV - Final Round HR Round + Offer Letter: Those candidates selected from the telephonic interview round will be invited for a final interview at the HR office of the Call Centers concerned and Appointment letter will be given to the eligible candidates. In case a particular Call Center rejects you in the III round, we will make arrangements to call you by other Call Centers for the final round. Like wise we will provide you with any number of final rounds. But normally candidates who pass the first two rounds will smash the third round easily and grab the offer letter in the first attempt itself.
